Your very first comment to me was that you disagree that "a trans woman is a woman." That amounts to saying that trans people's genders aren't real. That's how you introduced yourself to me.

I replied: "This article, with which you aren't interacting, is about a fellow named O'Neill..." You said: "As for ONeil, I was interesting in your article based on the Title. I don't know who ONeil is and I really have no interest in knowing." i.e., you admitted not reading my article about O'Neill. So, you dropped a comment on my article about O'Neill (which you admittedly didn't read) to inform me that you don't believe trans women are women (i.e., you don't believe that trans people's genders are real).

I believe I've accurately reflected the conversation here.

I do not dispute your gay identity nor would I take away your rights as a gay man.

You initiated the interaction by leaving a comment on my article about your negative perceptions of people in my group. You requested more information from me about my beliefs, to which I responded calmly, in part by referring you to other articles I've already written. I disagree with your beliefs about my gender and my identity group, and I'm not a fan of how you're treating me, but that doesn't mean I've lashed out at you.

Go ahead and write your article.

I use my real name and photo on the internet, because I speak sincerely and try to be honest and accountable.

If you truly believe that your words are supportive of trans people and that your trans employees would feel supported by what you're saying here, I'd imagine you'd likewise use your real name when you write your article so that your employees could read it and see the details of your support. Using your real name online when discussing your opinions of LGBTQ people would be a way of showing your support and holding yourself accountable within and to the LGBTQ community. By contrast, using an anonymous handle to name specific LGBTQ people as negative examples, especially given the current anti-trans political climate—well, I don't interpret that as support.

You didn't come here to support me (or any trans people), which I could tell from your first comment on this thread you created on my article you admitted to not having read. So write whatever you originally intended to write about me.
