Yes— They want any & all political candidates who are (incidentally) trans to be publicly identifiable as trans so they can point to the trans candidate(s) — be there one or more of us — and say, "Look! It's a damn trans lobby!" If they don't know who's trans, they feel they've put down their anti-trans rhetorical weapons while "letting" an (incidentally) trans person democratically participate in government. Which shows their true concern. It's not only trans-inclusive policies they oppose; it's trans people. They don't want us, as individuals, to have the same rights they do.
