Yes, a lot of people from marginalized groups--especially Black and trans/nonbinary--recognize that conservatives are using the word "woke" as a euphemism for these identity groups. In other words, when conservatives want to complain about "the blacks" or "the queers," instead they complain about "woke ideology," so as to sound less transparently bigoted. The bigots might be fooling themselves about their own bigotry, but people on the receiving end know what's meant.
