Donald Trump has been federally indicted on 37 counts of jerking around the government for a year and a half over documents he wasn’t supposed to have. Hundreds of these documents have classification markings. Some contain national security secrets. He humiliated the documents by forcing them to live in a shower at a country club, refused to give them back when the government asked for them, and hid them from his own lawyer when push came to shove. That’s why he’ll be arraigned in Miami three days from now.

Can you imagine if a trans person did that?

The primary issue is that it’s illegal for trans people to enter a country club bathroom in Florida, so I don’t know how the trans person would enter the bathroom to hide the classified documents there. We’d be looking at multiple charges here.
