This is a self-defeating loop in "gender-critical" ideology.

They say that, throughout human history, men have leveraged the recognition of a biological sex binary to impose patriarchy and other major forms of sexism. And thus, the only way to observe, analyze, understand, coherently discuss, resist, and defeat sexism is to see the biological sex binary on which sexism is based. They say they don't want to dismantle the concept of the sex binary because (allegedly) denying the profound, immutable, either-or binary differences between males and females will prevent everyone from acknowledging women's oppression and finding ways to equalize power between men and women. According to their argument, in other words, any sort of nonbinary thinking amounts to wholesale obfuscation and denial that sexism is real.

It's self-defeating, of course, because they insist on reproducing the concepts that lead to the very sexism they claim they want to resist. They verbally reenact these binary concepts that are the building blocks of sexism while insisting that by doing so they're somehow preparing to fight binary sexism.
