This book was illuminating for me. I wrote about it on Medium back in September. I write from outside Christianity, however. White patriarchy is surely a cultural system that needs to be deleted wherever it is running its operation, inside religion as well as in secular culture. I've also appreciated Katherine Stewart's work on similar topics about power in American Christianity.
