But indeed, 27 years post-transition (continuing to live in my gender en Colombia a pesar de quien me haya rechazado y cuán contundemente), now that I’ve finished a couple degrees in philosophy and journalism, read a couple thousand books and written a few of my own, and written five hundred essays about the anti-trans movement, it does strike me that I’m overdue to begin reflecting on the issues I write about.
