We seek a civilizational renaissance.
SACR website

The Society for American Civic Renewal, according to its website, envisions life under “accountable leaders” without “ideology.”

This would be “civic and cultural renaissance,” “family,” and “virtue.”

“A new thing for a new day,” vaguely.

…a nation building great projects of civic and cultural renaissance. A society with strong leadership committed to family and culture… nurtures, rather than rejects, virtue… seeks the good and the beautiful, and abjures ideology. We are raising accountable leaders to help build thriving communities of free citizens [to] reclaim a humane vision of society while rebuilding the frontier-conquering spirit of America. A new thing for a new day, informed by the wisdom of the past but facing the future

Scroll down a bit more: “The great men of the West bequeathed their deeds to us,” we who are Trinitarian Christians, “rejecting Modernist philosophies and heresies.”

Take note: “Membership…is by invitation only.”

Talking Points Memo explains that SACR

“is open to new recruits, provided you meet a few criteria: you are male, a ‘trinitarian’ Christian, heterosexual, an ‘un-hyphenated American’ [‘they are white’], and can answer questions about Trump, the Republican Party, and Christian Nationalism in the right way…More practically, members must be able to contribute either influence, capability, or wealth in helping SACR further its goals.”
