No one I personally knew in my gender transition cohort from 25 years ago has cancer, that I've heard of. Certainly not related to sex hormones. Some trans people may get cancer for the same reasons that everyone else gets cancer. I try to eat my fruits and vegetables. I've met hundreds of trans people, and I've never met anyone who has cancer because they are trans and taking hormones. We would know about this in our community if it were happening.
