Millions of women were enslaved. Their enslavers rationalized their own behavior primarily citing their victims' race, not their sex alone, as I think you mean to say. But yes, some of the same attitudes or mechanisms of reproductive control that were long used against Black women will be used against women of all races today. Patriarchy lamentably keeps a strategy of reproductive control, with its racist roots, in its toolbox.
