Interesting. I looked up a few articles on the topic. It seems that at least conversationally, fracking for natural gas is discussed separately from the production of green hydrogen, though the techniques may be similar. I'm not an expert on that. I do think though that the Republicans intend to continue to prioritize fossil fuels, as they've said in Project 2025.
