In 1989, the movie Back to the Future II imagined that, in 2015, suburban California would have futuristic telephone booths. Ha! I put a screenshot from the film in one of my old stories, showing the telephone booths:

I like the idea of pay phones, but realistically I don't use them. Can't remember the last time I tried.
