Funny thing is, it's one of my least-viewed articles. Only 13 people have ever clicked on it, even though I gave it a gorgeous preview photo of a bright blue frog. The title is "Re-envisioning ‘Environment’: The word ‘environment’ puts the world in a cognitive box," and I've never been able to think of a better title. Maybe using the term "ecolinguistics" would be more revealing. But do people (other than I) get excited about ecolinguistics? This is a question of (a) how to get people excited about climate change and related "environmental" issues, but also a level-up question of (b) how to get people excited about what language gets people excited.
