Dawkins's 2006 book, The God Delusion, opposed all religion as delusion. Islamophobia was probably evident in that — I read the book when it came out but today don't remember the details of the snide remarks against various religions. Regarding his history of transphobia, that goes back to at least 2019 when he published a newspaper column recommending Douglas Murray's book The Madness of Crowds; the book's main purpose is transphobia, hence any endorsement of it is self-revealing.
