Buck Angel can of course interpret his own gender and body however he likes. The problem is that he imposes this definition on all his fellow trans people for the purpose of belittling us, and he's so, so angry and hostile about it. On 12/29/2021, he tweeted "We are coming after you," i.e., he aligned himself with transphobes in the persecution of trans people. I blocked him when I saw that, and I don't know what he's said since.
