Any bully can allege that someone used a “wrong” bathroom. The actual wording of these laws is N/A (because no one knows a stranger’s genitals at birth). Bullies intend to use these laws to go after anyone they perceive as queer/trans (no matter what bathroom they use) or who they irrationally hate for whatever other invalid non-reason.
